Ratika and Adesh 2.26.11 | Nevada City Engagement Photography

Ratika and Adesh made the journey from San Francisco to Nevada City on Saturday afternoon for their snowy engagement shoot! We had already rescheduled a couple of times, so we decided that we may as well take advantage of my beautiful snowy town and just go for it. The whole city had been out of power for a couple of days, so the town was quiet and serene and absolutely perfect for some fun photos. We discovered that the candy store was open and running on a generator, and so naturally we popped in for some ice cream and candy! Ratika and Adesh are an absolute joy to be around- they're so truly in love, super goofy and not to mention super styley. I'm SO excited about their beautiful Bollywood themed wedding next month at the Ritz Carlton in San Francisco! Enjoy.

I spent the afternoon on Saturday following around the adorable Marcelo at his first birthday party. Overall, he wasn't very interested in me, and I'm sure my camera annoyed him from time to time, but he was a great sport and his friends and family were a lot of fun.
