Ritz Carlton Wedding | Ratika and Adesh 3.19.11

Photobucket

I can't think of a better way of kicking off my 2011 wedding season with my very first Indian wedding at the beautiful Ritz Carlton, San Francisco. I was accompanied by my new friend, Amanda who was a tremendous help, and an absolute pleasure to work with. No doubt Ratika was one of the most beautiful brides I've seen, and her stylish now husband Adesh was dressed to the nines. Not much more I can possibly say with words.... I'll let the photos tell this story. Enjoy!

I think Adesh almost forgot that Ratika was a part of the first dance! Too fun!

Hey, I saw these on Style Me Pretty and absolutely had to come over here and comment!
Gorgeous Gorgeous pictures!
I love the way you have captured the bride and her emotions.

Athena, Stunning photographs. You have captured the essence and spirit of "the couple" and the memorable evening so beautifully. I had the privilege of designing Ratika's regal wedding jewels. She had a very clear vision of what she wanted. The bride and the bride's mother were a joy to work with. Ratika is quite the sultry, smoky Diva of the Bollywood screen in the portrait you have taken of her at the reception! Pure vintage drama. Your photographs have atmosphere.

Everyone thank you so much for your comments. For some reason I can't respond to you personally, so thank you thank you! And Siva- you designed those jewels? Absolutely breathtaking, I thought they were something out of the early 19th (or earlier) century! Wow.
